How can I change my password?

To reset your password, please go to 'Login' and then 'Forgot Your Password?'.

When you have reached the reset password page, please enter your email address in the space provided. You will need to use the email address which is registered to your Coffee account in order for this link to be sent successfully.

We will send you an email containing a link, which you can then use to log in on our website. The link should arrive within 24 hours and will remain valid for 3 days from receipt. Please note this link may be sent to you junk mail folder, so we would recommend checking this folder if it has not been received into your main inbox.

Alternatively, you can change your password by logging in and clicking on the 'My Personal Information' tab visible next to your name at the top of the page.
