When Will I Receive My Training Certificate?

Congratulations on successfully completing your training with Heli Group! Whether you just finished a course on lift platform operation, asbestos handling, or general mechanical platform safety, we know how important it is to have your credentials in hand so you can get to work safely and compliantly.

Here is a complete guide to our certification timeline and process.

Expected Processing Times

Certificate processing begins the first business day after your course concludes.

• Digital Certificates (PDF): Sent via email within 3 to 5 business days.

• Physical ID Cards/Certificates: Mailed to your registered address within 7 to 10 business days (if included in your specific course package).

Note: If your training was booked through your employer, your certificate may be sent directly to your company's safety manager or HR department. Please check with your supervisor if you have not received it personally.

The Certification Process

To ensure full compliance with industry safety regulations, every course completion goes through a strict verification process before certificates are issued:

1. Instructor Submission: Your instructor grades any final assessments and submits the official attendance and completion roster to our administration team.

2. Compliance Review: Our team verifies your results and attendance against regulatory standards (especially critical for high-risk certifications like asbestos and mechanical platforms).

3. Issuance: Once verified, your digital certificate is generated and securely emailed to you.

How to Access Your Digital Certificate

Once your certificate is ready, you will receive an email from training@heligroup.demo with the subject line: "Your Heli Group Training Certificate is Ready."

You can also download your certificate at any time by logging into the Heli Group Student Portal:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to the My Courses tab.

3. Click on Completed Training.

4. Select Download Certificate next to the relevant course.

What if my certificate is delayed?

If it has been more than 5 business days since your course ended and you still have not received your digital certificate, please take the following steps:

• Check your Spam/Junk folder: Occasionally, automated emails get filtered out by strict email security settings.

• Verify your email address: Log into the student portal to ensure there are no typos in your contact information.
